Shema Yisrael (Shma Israel, Sh'ma Yisroel, Shema Israel, Shma Yisrael or just Shema), "Hear, O Israel", are the first two words of a section of the Hebrew Bible, the Torah, is a centerpiece of the morning and evening Jewish prayer services. "Hear, O Israel: the Lord our God, the Lord is one," is found in Deuteronomy 6:4. Observant Jews consider the Shema to be the most important part of the prayer service in Judaism. It is twice-daily recitation as a religious commandment. It is traditional for Jews to say the Shema as their last words. The burning bush is an object described by the Book of Exodus as being located on Mount Horeb; according to the narrative, the bush was on fire, but was not consumed by the flames, hence the name.[1] In the narrative, the burning bush is the location at which Moses was appointed by God to lead the Israelites out of Egypt and into Canaan.
