Kiddush Cups
Kiddush cups are most commonly used for the Shabbat, but are also included in ceremonies of Jewish holidays, Weddings, and Bar/Bat Mitzvah.
The kiddush is recited on the eve of the Sabbath or festival and before the start of the meal, since one should not eat on these occasions before the Kiddush has been recited.
